3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Report unauthorized access promptly.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unlawful activity; unauthorized access attempts; introducing malicious code; scraping or redistributing content without written consent; or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Service belong to Vaultera Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without explicit written authorization.

6. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when feasible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Vaultera Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination revokes your access.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Taguig City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
