1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Vaultera Labs platform, you consent to be bound by these terms, which regulate use of our SaaS products and associated services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. Creating an account confirms you meet this requirement. Vaultera Labs may terminate accounts that violate it.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Report any unauthorized access or suspected security breach immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited activities include: unlawful use; unauthorized access attempts; introducing malicious code; scraping or redistributing content without written consent; and impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content — software, designs, text, and graphics — belongs to Vaultera Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written authorization.

6. Service Availability

While we aim for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice when feasible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under Philippine law, Vaultera Labs disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability equals amounts paid in the three months before a claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination immediately revokes your access to the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Philippine law, and Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will trigger a notification by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
